Here at Bernard Pinckney’s School of Self Defense you can learn all aspects of self-defense and fitness from Sergeant First Class Bernard Pinckney, 1st degree Black belt (Tang Soo Do) Korean martial arts. Bernard Pinckney is a Certified Self-Defense Trainer. Classes are for all ages, from beginner to advanced levels of training.
The aim of our programs are to provide a caring and safe environment in which individuals can constructively learn and develop self-defense, discipline, positive attitudes, confidence, balance, agility, coordination and respect for others as well as themselves. Individuals also learn knowledgeable information about weight loss, protection, fitness, self-defense, and maintaining fitness and endurance through a variety of exercises.
